Over the next four days we will be upgrading projects that are still running on PostgreSQL 9.3 to PostgreSQL 9.6.
During this time-frame, affected projects may show a maintenance page instead of being normally reachable. The duration of the downtime largely depends on the time needed to take a database backup and restore it to the new cluster. For the majority of the projects, this process will take less than one minute.
Upgrades will be prioritised according to the selected subscription. Projects running on our Professional, Business or Enterprise plans will be migrated outside the business hours of the project's hosting region.
Feel free to contact Divio Support at support@divio.com to arrange a custom migration schedule for your website if you would like to enforce a particular maintenance window for the upgrade.
We will of course remain available to assist with any issues arising from the migration.
