Affected applications can simply be redeployed from the control panel. Please reach out to our support if you required further guidance.

This morning at around 3am UTC, a database failover caused applications on the EU region to briefly be disconnected from their database.
While under normal conditions the platform would automatically heal applications encountering hard failures because of disconnections, we are investigating reports of applications not responding unless redeployed.
