During the mentioned time frame, the RabbitMQ cluster providing service for applications in our EU region will be restarted. During the maintenance, the cluster will be unavailable for up to 60 seconds.

Applications not automatically reconnecting to the RabbitMQ cluster will need to be restarted by triggering a deployment.

This maintenance only affects applications using a "RabbitMQ vhost" backing service (e.g. to provide a messaging queue to support Celery) running in the EU region.
