During this time we will upgrade our PostgreSQL cluster for the EU region from postgres 9.6.11 to 9.6.15 and rotate the CA certificates according to AWS's announcement (see https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/database/amazon-rds-customers-update-your-ssl-tls-certificates-by-february-5-2020/ for additional details).

We are planning with 1 to 2 interruptions of 1 to 2 minutes in database connectivity during the maintenance window.
