The issue is due to an outage at an upstream provider: https://status.rackspace.com/index/viewincidents?group=13
We're in direct contact with the support team and are working on a resolution.

Investigating

Our loadbalancers are down due to a failure of our redis cluster. Sites are currently not reachable.
