The site deployment system is recovering and operational again. Deployments are back to normal. Already deployed sites were unaffected.
Sorry for prolonged outage.

Update

We're still experiencing problems with app deployment and our queue. It will still be a while until we're back online.

Our docker repository server has run out of disk space. We're in the process of attaching a larger volume.
